On May 7th, 2024, Lex and I were honored to host the rehearsal dinner for our son and his bride to be. We hired MCH Catering, Hosting and Events for the meal! Y’all, she knocked it out of the park! We went with The Southern Barbecue Experience. As longtime low and slow cooks, expectations were high. Monique went above and beyond the bar! The absolutely best pork bbq and the juiciest brisket I have ever eaten! The sides were also off the chart! The green beans were delicious but her Mac and Cheese is second to none!
